This form will give you the opportunity to register for SwingStock 2010 using your Master Card, Visa, Discover or American Express (YOU MAY ALSO FILL IN THE INFORMATION, PRINT IT OUT, AND MAIL IT IN WITH A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER TO THE ADDRESS LISTED BELOW). All information is held in strictest confidence, and is never sold, or given to anyone. Your confirmation with the location will be e-mailed back to you, normally within one to 24 hours. We will only call you [DISCREETLY] if your email bounces back, so be sure to give us your correct email address, along with a phone number where you can be reached.

Camping Options

I/we will be NOT be camping or staying at the campground.  I/we will be leaving the campground by midnight each night, and will return after 10am but before 8pm each day of the event.

I/we will be staying in someone else's camper, tent or RV.  I/we understand that is $15 per day based on my selection above. For example, if coming in on Wednesday, it will be an additional $60 added to above.  I/we will list their name(s) of the people I/we will be staying with in Special Instructions below.

 I/we will be camping in a Popup, Trailer  or RV 24 feet or less.  I/we understand that is $25 per day based on my selection above. For example, if coming in on Wednesday, it will be an additional $100 added to above.

$60 for the weekend for electric only (it doesn't matter which day you're coming in, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday) - We wish to have electric hookup ($15 extra for each day over 4 days)

$80 for the weekend for water and electric (it doesn't matter which day you're coming in, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday) - We wish to have electric and water hookup ($20 extra for each day over 4 days).

$200 extra - In addition to the entrance fee, I wish to be a vendor and plan on selling products/services at SwingStock. 

$40 per day extra - I/we will be arriving days prior to Wednesday, July 14, 20010. I plan on coming in (i.e., Monday, July 12) to the campground.  I further understand that water and/or electricity will be extra $15/20 per day, if needed.

Tent and Trailer Rentals

If you are flying in, coming from overseas, or just want us to have a campsite ready for you, please read on. We will set up a tent with two sleeping bags and two pillows or a Travel Trailer Camper/RV ("Cabins on Wheels") with blanket and two pillows all ready for you. All you have to do is come, enjoy the weekend, and that's it.  Your tent or Travel Trailer/RV will be setup and ready for you.  Unless noted, all travel trailers include air conditioning, hot shower, toilet, kitchen utensils, stove, two shower towels, bed linen and a sofa. Please indicate by selecting the boxes below what you would like. This rental is an additional charge besides the basic rate above.  A minimum of 4 days paid rental is required.

Additional non-refundable $100, please have a tent without electricity set up for us for the event with two pillows and two sleeping bags.

 (Rented - Not Available) Additional non-refundable $800 for SwingStock 2010 (up to four days - $150 for each additional day), please reserve a newer model Travel Trailer Camper in excellent condition with refrigerator, air conditioner, kitchenette, utensils, queen bed, two pillows and blanket with electricity and water included for us.**

 Available - Additional non-refundable $700 for July 14 - 18 ($125 for each additional day), please reserve an older model Travel Trailer Camper in fair condition (very clean) with two pillows and blanket without electricity for us.**  

 (Rented - Not Available)  Additional non-refundable $600 for July 14 - 18, 2010 ($110 for each additional day), please reserve an older Travel Trailer Camper in fair condition (very clean) with two pillows and blanket with electricity and water included for us.**

(Rented - Not Available) Additional non-refundable $600 for July 14 - 18, 2010 ($110 for each additional day), please reserve an older model Travel Trailer Camper in good condition (very clean) with a double bed, two pillows and blanket with electricity for us.**   

(Rented - Not Available) Additional non-refundable $500 for July 14 - 18, 2010 ($100 for each additional day), please reserve a Converted School Bus in good condition (very clean) with queen bed, kitchen, electric, water, air conditioner, two pillows and blanket with electricity for us (it doesn't have a toilet).**

Available - Additional non-refundable $400 for July 14 - 18, 2010 ($80 for each additional day), please reserve a Popup Trailer in good condition (very clean) with queen bed, kitchen, electric, two pillows and blanket with electricity for us (it doesn't have a toilet).**  

Unlimited - Still Available - Special - This includes entrance fee for two people to SwingStock 2010, 2011 and 2012 at no additional charge. This is only $3000 for four days, Wednesday through Sunday, each additional day is only $150 per day. Please reserve a 27ft or larger Travel Trailer, sleeps at least four in good condition with two pillows and blanket with electricity and water included for us. *This is three years of fun, locked in with your own private Travel Trailer set aside for the next three years.  And yes, that includes your entrance fee for the next three years - there is no additional charge, except for extra days.  It's for Wednesday - Sunday, SwingStock 2010, 2011 and 2012 - This is an awesome deal!!!

**A damage/security deposit may be added for up to the full cost of the trailer. There will be a minimum charge of $50, if dishes are not done or the unit is not returned clean.  A 6.5% MN Sales Tax will also be added. A minimum of 4 days rental is required for rentals for SwingStock.  All of our Travel Trailers and Popups sleep a minimum of 3 to 4 people.  So, you can share it with another couple ($20 extra per person in excess of two people).
